IKEducation D-Day Program: "Code Talkers"

Thursday, June 6, 2019

All of the countries involved in World War II had top-secret military information that had to be hidden from their enemies. For this reason, numerous tactics were used to disguise messages. Participants will try their hand at the unbroken code used by Native American men who served in the U.S. military on D-Day and throughout World War II. Appropriate for learners of all ages! "Code Talkers" sessions will begin at 12:30, 2:00 and 3:30 p.m. in Classroom #2: the south half of the Visitors Center Auditorium.
